Our philosophy is based on the belief that (1) it is difficult to do business with telephone companies (2) customers are regularly over charged and (3) improved services and lower rates are possible, without changing telephone companies.

Correcting billing errors and advising clients are our only services. Our services are a flat percentage of the refunds and savings we obtain. That is we do not get paid unless we save you money. That helps your business and our business. This is a definite win-win relationship. Many of our larger clients have extended the original agreements. Confidentiality is not an issue. Some of our clients have strict government and or military security requirements. Our agreement includes a confidentiality clause.
